We’re looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to join our Managed Services team in Casablanca and support our international clients with end-to-end shipment management.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage quotations and coordinate international shipments, ensuring smooth, end-to-end operations from pickup to final delivery.
• Handle client quotation requests promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate import/export operations, overseeing shipments from origin to destination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor shipments using our TMS platform, ensuring real-time visibility and reporting.
• Proven experience in international transport and logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in Excel and shipment tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Work Mode : Hybrid
• Location : Casablanca
• Contract : Full-time
