Pre-Sales Consultant – bilingual in French/Spanish

The position

We are looking for a Solution Engineer/Pre-Sales Consultant to join MyTower. Reporting to the Pre-Sales Department, you will act as a business expert (transport) and solution architect on complex sales cycles. You will structure and deliver demonstrations, formalize responses to calls for tenders, and ensure the functional consistency of proposals sent to prospects. Working closely with the sales teams, you will actively contribute to the success of opportunities.

Your responsibilities

In this context, your responsibilities will include:
• Structuring opportunities
• Clarifying the business challenges of prospects and formalizing the fit between their needs and the MyTower solution.
• Defining the target functional scope of projects in the pre-sales phase.
• Preparing the necessary elements for costing in coordination with the integration teams.

Production & demonstration
• Design and deliver demonstrations tailored to customer contexts.
• Manage responses to calls for tenders and formalize functional proposals.
• Present the solution and its use cases, highlighting its business value.

Internal interface & coordination
• Work closely with sales teams to secure opportunities.
• Ensure clear communication with the integration teams when moving into the project phase.
• Collaborate with the Product team to share field feedback and contribute to the evolution of the roadmap.

Position based in France.
Occasional travel to Spain is to be expected.

Required profile:

• Significant experience (6 to 10 years) in transportation, supply chain, or a complex logistics environment, ideally with a transition to consulting, project, or pre-sales roles.
• Practical understanding of transportation processes and ability to translate operational challenges into structured software solutions.
• Ability to structure complex opportunities and formalize clear and credible responses.
• Experience in a B2B or SaaS software environment is appreciated.
• Professional proficiency in French and Spanish is essential.
• Autonomy, maturity, and ability to evolve in a structured environment.
